About Us

Values

Equity: We name and work to dismantle barriers to racial equity and social justice through healing and humanizing policies, practices, and behaviors. We trust in the brilliance and potential of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color and our white allies to (re)design systems, institutions, and organizations to center trust as necessary for equity and liberation.

Connection: We are social beings who thrive in healthy communities and networks. We believe in the healing power of connection and we honor mutuality, reciprocity, and the emergent nature of relationships.

Compassion: We honor our humanity, lead with empathy, and prioritize caring for our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.

Vision & Mission

Vision: Trust is foundational to transformative change.

We build and repair trust across differences in ways that honor identities, contexts, values, and power dynamics in service of healing, justice, and collective liberation.

Mission: Trust is fluid, complex, and culturally rooted. Our approaches to building trust must be too.

We support our partners through consulting, coaching, research, and workshops to (re)build trust, heal relationships, and support a trust movement grounded in equity.
